HayaData is a community conference for data engineers, scientists, and developers. Organized independently, no corporate parent backing it. That changes the design problem entirely. There's no Fortune 500 logo lending credibility. The brand system has to do that work alone.
27+ deliverables. Instagram posts to 8-meter stage backdrops. Coffee cups to venue signage. Every asset print-ready, production-accurate, and visually consistent across multiple vendors with different production constraints.
Color palette rooted in data-visualization language. Bold typography on Proxima Nova and a wave motif that works at any scale.
Stage backdrop, wing panels, registration walls, directional signage. Production specs down to the millimeter.
Name tags, T-shirts, tote bags, coffee cups, swag vouchers. Each item went to a different vendor, all consistent.
Direct coordination with print houses on color accuracy, substrate testing, and export settings. Zero rejected prints.
27 deliverables, 8 vendors, one brand kit. Last-minute additions just used different pieces of the same system.
